[Electronics-talk] Help with Grundig Talking attomic watch!

No, this timer/clock does not have an alarm or keychain.  It's just a basic 
talking clock and countdown timer.  The buttons are flush with the body of 
the unit, so they cannot easily be pressed accidently, and a slide switch 
selects between time set, timer set and time only.
