Dumb question, what goes in the audible folder?

I am a olympus DS 40 with voice command user and love it! There is a podcast
folder, audible folder and also 5 other folders such A, B, and so on. There
is a erase button which actually speaks the file or tells you when you are
about to delete a file and needs a confirm command in order to complete the
task. I bought it from imdependent living.
