I recently purchased a Spinner bike use from a fitness company in my area.
The Spinner bikes are the ones they use in gyms for the exercise spinning
classes and are very nice. The bike is very adjustable and only has one knob
for adjusting the resistance. I use a separate talking clock/ timer to keep
track of how long I ride. I think one of these is probably the best bet. The
Spinner bikes come in many different models ranging from $450- $3,000. The
one I got sells new for about $1,000, but I got it used is very good
condition for half that. Let me know if you have any questions.
