[Electronics-talk] Talking Digital thermometers

[John Riehl]

My talking thermometer -- for taking body temperatures -- broke. I know
there are several models out there. One model I tried was an one that fit in
your ear; it worked except it would beep very loudly, which drove me crazy.
Can anyone recommend an electronic talking thermometer which is accurate
and, preferably, will read the temperature quickly?

It is available from ILA and I believe that it costs about $500.  There
is also an iPhone app for it.

I've never heard of this one, how much is it and who makes it?
I would love to have a GPS, but the stuff that blind people can use is
out 
side of my budget.
