[Electronics-talk] talking dvr box

Rich, am not sure if something like this even exists.
I think the technology is still to new and not perfected for the blind.  I want to research the chatter I heard about Mayor Michael Bloomberg of New York City denying a piolet program for inovating a skaled down technology bill of rights for the blind since it was "a burden on the city and no one would want to develop new products."  I think we just have to wait this one out untill the NFB creates and resolves its own national technology bill.
