Agreed. Mine is very basic as well but it doesn't have the removable cooking
surfaces. Plug it in, wait a few minutes, then put the meat, chicken, fish
or vegies on. Works great, especially when I can't use my old trusty Weber
outside when the weather's foul. Nothing beats a Weber which only requires
some charcoal and maybe a handful or two of hickory, pecan or apple wood
for that extra smoky flavor. Yum!
