Hello!

Avoid those with touch screens.  They aren't accessible!  It really depends 
on whether your friend wants one for the home and car or a portable unit 
which are few and far between these days.  I personally like the Delphi 
radios for XM and there's a steletto radio for Sirius which may work.  Not 
all features on satellite radios are accessible but one can easily enter a 
desired channel from the pannel buttons.
