Yes it is.  It's supposed to come with download speeds up to I believe about 50MBPS.  If, for example, you were paying for 8 Megabytes, you got pushed up to 16 Megabytes without any extra charge.  You also have the ability to program your DVR, (if you have one) via the internet.  Also, supposedly, you have many many more HD channels than those of us who are still awaiting Xfinity.  Where ever you are, you have what unconfirmed rumor has it we'll be getting by this sumer.  I'll believe it when it gets here.
