If you are AT&T, you can reach the National customers with Disabilities
Center (866)241-6568. They will provide you with a list of 4 or 5 accessible
phones using mobile speak. In addition, there is an IPhone that comes with
off the shelf accessibility. Either way, you will get what you are looking
for plus much more.
