[Electronics-talk] Cordless Phone:

I got a panisonic KXTG6582 Last summer and it announces both name and number
without anychanges out of the box. This model is also blue tooth and picks
up my cell when I come into the house. Panisonic has a pdf of the manual
on-line and also a doc file that describes all the buttons.

Hi Jim,

Thanks. Mine are a few years old, too. I'll check the Panasonic website.
I'lso check with ATT.

I appreciate the reply.

Warm Regards,

Fred

Sorry, I can't answer that. I set them up several years ago with some
sighted assistance, and I don't remember if they just worked that way
or if we had to tweak something.

Also, your phone company needs to provide you with the extra
information. This is sometimes an extra service called things like
"extended caller ID"

Good Luck,

Jim
