[Electronics-talk] Accessible Microwave Ovens

Personally, I just go and get the micro I want and use clear Dimo tape
to make my own overlay. Most of the models modified for speech are
grossly overpriced. You pay $400 for an $80 micro, and I have heard of
several instances where the speech stopped working after a few months.

Subject: [Electronics-talk] Accessible Microwave Ovens

Hi all,
Before I get down to some googling on the subject, I'm interested in
hearing
any recommendations you may have for free-standing accessible microwave
ovens, either with speech or models that have tactile overlays for their

touchscreens. What's out there these days?
All suggestions are appreciated.
Thanks,
Tom
