Check independent living aids. They do sell a talking scale that gives body
fat information.

I'm not buying any more talking scales until models become available that 
can tell a user their body fat percentage.  Tunturi makes one for sighted 
people and it cost them very little extra to do that since in order to do 
that reading a small electrical charge is sent through the feet and read 
by the scale as it returns to the scale.  This particular technology has
