a it student doing a online it help desk course and now having a lot of trouble finding accessible, jaws friendly, easy to use help desk and contactmanagement software.
no menus, no keyboard short cuts, either  desktop or web based, no accessible.
tried several help desk and contact management software.
for an assignment.
do you know of any good help desk and contact management software.
