Not only that, but, even if the local station does broadcast the SAP channel, the providor itself, (that is the cable or sattelite or TV service providor) must pass through the SAP channel. IF they don't, it will not matter whether the network is offering SAP, and, it will not matter if the local station is putting out an SAP signal. For you to find and use the SAP signal, all three factors must be in place.
