I would not put my promises for listening to your local Cable company for
having discriptive video services for the blind, given the reason they have
been saying this for nay years. Your local cable company doesn't have enough
bandwith to allow for such a service to exist on their system. This the
reason for the suggestion for having Win TV install on your computer, given
the reason for easy navigation through the channels coming over the air. What
the cable company doesn't tell you with them going all digital which would
not work on their system in the first jplace. I have been having a battlt
with them about making their many receivers accessable for the blind, and
all I hear from them is nothing but chatter and no promises of working on
this problem for the blind.
