Yes they have, or they will start May second. They are setting a cap of 250 gb with an extra $10.00 for each 
50GB after that. and they say they are going to change everyone with DSL to Uverse.

yes but most people can't get U-verse

So speaking of U-verse, have they put a data cap on the internet use like 
they have with the DSL?
I ask because they say we will have it this year
