it I was wondering what kind of apse are out there?  Please let me know and

If you had an IPhone, you would be surprised how many devices can be 
controlled through IPhone apps.  VoiceOver would you give you access to the 
various controls.

The quality of the apps varies widely so it would be one of those things 
where you would have to try it before you buy.

The expert IPhone users may be able to comment further on this.
