Okay.  indeed, I can help you.

After playing a show, get back to live TV by pressing the exit button.  That's the button just off to the left of the small  tryangle button.

Now, the SAP.  That's a simple one too.

1.  Just to the right of the tryangle button you will find a small square button and a small round button.  Just off to the right of that small round button, there is a larger round button which is the info button.  Tune to the channel you wish for SAP and then press the info button.

2.  Now, right arrow four times then press down and okay.  IF there is SAP, the audio will change to it at once.

Sighted people will notice that if there is a SAP transmition being passed through, the fact will show up on the screen.  IF you cannot see the screen, doing what I said will tell you.

3.  Note, however, that if there is no SAP, the audio will not change;  therefore, you will need then to exit out of info by pressing the exit key.
