The cable systems are still broadcasting a lot of analogue.  Don't know
for how much longer.

I am pretty sure that the new TV's still receive analog, though, as
there is still low-power analog around.  However, finding analog signals
is not easy.  Even 
cable systems are converting, so I'm curious what sort of signals he is
getting..
