I understand the 2nd tier cable providers which is all of them except for 
the five largest providers inthe United States will not be required to 
provide accessible cable boxes which for the leaders will make on demand 
TV services accessible.  I'm wondering if it would even be worth trying to 
use my IPhone to scan the on demand menu and perhaps get some legible 
results back from the IPhone.  That menu probably doesn't change though 
items on submenus will.
