[Electronics-talk] iPhone manual [was "Re:accessible verizonphones"]

yesterday for the first time i tried to use i phone

i could able to start voice over but as soon as i tried to use any other 
application it stops speacking

it speacks only in voice over menu  ,and as soon as i came out of it it 
stops talking to me

so what i should do to keep i phone talking  in all application?
