incorrect spelling interphase; you spelled it as in a biochemical
reaction as described below. The majority of a cell's life is
the growth period call Interphase., where cells grow in size and
carry on metabolism. Good try! Should be interface f a c e
PS: Mrs. Musgrave, I thought you'd like that!

Make it talk.
Should come up with a prompt "
Voice Over changes the phone's
interphase" or something like that.
Double tap OK and you'll be fine.

Thanks. I hate reading user manuals! In order to learn the
product, I
guess this is the best method.

on your iPhone, start Safari
select bookmarks - near the lower tight of screen,
scroll down to user manual
after it loads.
touch the upper right corner of the screen
it should speak something like... vocieover users click here.
this should bring up the iPhone voiceover usermanual....
tons of reading....

I don't have an iPhone myself, but I've heard Apple's own manual
is
accessible and does a good job of documenting voiceOver. Google
will also
turn up a slew of good podcasts.
Although I'm sure you'll get your question answered on this
list, a list
dedicated to accessible cell phones or the iPhone in particular
would
probably yield better results. A URL for one such list is
http://mosenexplosion.com/mailman/listinfo/blindphones_mosenexplo
sion.com.
I'd also suggest a more accurate subject line. I guess this
could be
somewhat accurate if Verizon now carries the iPhone. Something
with
iPhone
in the subject line would probably get people who actually have
an iPhone
to reply, instead of my ignorant self.

Bluetooth is a fancy word for wireless. And in my opinion, is
overrated.
Especially when it comes to using it for verbal communication.

Dear list,
I went to the Verizon store today as I really wanted to get the
new
Samson
Haven since I've read so much about it. I was very disappointed
when
the
sales rep told me that it does not have blue tooth capability.
He
showed
me
another phone called the Samson Convoy which does have Bluetooth
and
is
similar to the Haven. I'm wondering if anyone has this phone
and if
it
is as
accessible as the Haven. Thanks so much
