I agree with Cheese
there is no radio on the market which will allow dfor such a format during
this time, given the reason there isn't enogh contact with our elected
officaals from the blind or visually impared who are in the United states.
Although I have found someone from my small town who is willing to listen to
my concerns with the problems with descriptive video services for the
programs that are on CBS Tues and Wensday with rreasonable accommidations
for the placeing of an over the roof top antenna to receive the many DVS
stations outside of my DMA market. I'm suppose to have a chat with someone
about this coming this Tuesday. the reason for this is the fact that many of
your cable systems and the small dish companies don't pass the signal for
the descriptive video services and with the apartment associations are
forcing many of us to go with cable or a small dish system. Not fare for
those on a very fixed iincome and being blind and visually impaired. It is
my strong belief that we should speak more and not be afraid with whatever
disability we have.
