[Electronics-talk] Seeking experiences with Sony walkman MP3 Players?

HI guys: Especially in countries where sometimes it isn't as easy to
purchase things from the US one has to live with what options are offered
locally, thus I'm wondering what experiences have you guys had with Sony
Walkman MP3 players? IN Walmart here I saw a 2gb and 4gb model for around
$800 Mexican, sounding like a good deal, thus wondering how accessible are
these? My dream would be that I'm looking for a player that, like my trusty
Sony discman, have buttons for moving by track and another group of buttons
for moving between folders; I'd also like the player to have sounds
indicating when a function has been or is taking effect. Is this just a
dream, or is something like what I'm looking for made? I'd like for it to be
like my Sony discman, but instead of taking CDs, I'd like it to be able to
plug it via USB to paste and copy materials. Also I'd like for it to be
available locally in any store so I could go out and buy it, bring it home
and start using it. Does such thing exist?
