yes with I-OS 5,  there's a setting ffor the tripple tap. but if are a new 
out the box.  you could do the tripple tap to set it up,  but if you get  a 
phone from someone who didn't use voice over to set it up.  then tripple tap 
won't be on,  but you could change it in setttings.
