Sure, do the following.

1. On the remote, just to the right and slightly below the bottom most set
of controls which make the playback go backward and forward, (these would be
above the main set of arrow keys) there is a button called "Recordings.
Press it.

2. Now, you are in the list of shows you recorded. You will be focused at
the top most show. The top most show is the most recent one you recorded.

3. To play this show, press the okay button in the midle five-way
configuration to focus on the show and press a second time to actually play
the show.

4. Now, if you want to move down further to other shows, I'd press the
recordings list button mentioned earlier, and then, I'd arrow down once.
This will put you in the second show from the most recent one. Arrow down
twice from the top and you'll be in the third most recent show and so forth.

Let me try better to describe where this recorded shows list button is
located. At the very top of your U-verse remote, below the source and
power buttons which are at the very top, is the set of buttons which govern
the DVR's disk position. At the very top of this set are the scan backward
button on the left and the scan forward button on the right. Actually, this
is a kind of two-way button much like the channel up and down buttons. Now,
just below this set of two buttons are three buttons. Stop on the left,
pause in the middle, (the pause button is slightly larger in size) and the
play button just to it's right. Now, below these three buttons you will
find two more controls in the two button fassion like the channel and volume
up and down keys. The key on the left part of the button controls instant
play and backs up only six secons. The right side part of the button causes
the playback to advance only 30 secons per press at a time. The Recordings
list key is located just a very little down and to the right of this key's
right hand side.
