He can press the edit button once he has found the contact where he needs to 
edit. First open the contacts app wby double tapping on it, go to search, 
double tap on search, type in the person's name, when the name comes up 
double tap on edit, then make the changes. If he has further questions, tell 
him I will be at 616-883-2999 room 2428 tonight at 6:00 PM Eastern to help 
him.

One of our members called with a question about this and since I don't have 
an I-phone I don't know the answer, so I hope someone out there does.  He 
was putting a new contact in and pressed done before he was finished.  How 
can he go back and either edit the contact or delete it a start over.  He 
has the manual but can not find the answer of how to do this.  If you can 
give me a detailed idea I will pass it along to him.  Thanks.
