[Electronics-talk] Talking Sports Watch

I have been looking for a vibrating watch. I came across one advertised a
very long time ago that some how vibrated as you ran your finger around the
outside rim of the face, but cannot find it any more. I don't like talking
watches because I also do not like everyone to hear that I am checking the
time, and many times I cannot hear what it says because of my hearing loss.
I struggle with braille watches as I have some loss of feeling in my hands.

don't ask em where, but I could swear I have seen a water resistant, or
water proof sports watch.

I can't remember where cause it's been a long time since I looked for a
talking watch as I hate them with a passion.

I'm 4 feet 11 inches and the faces on them are just too big, no matter where
I look.

Also, I don't want everyone and their mother to know if I want to check the
time during church or something like that.

I had one that I liked cause the face was blue and I really liked the way it
looked, but it actually started running backwards and wouldn't sinc with the
talking part, and quidckly after that happened the talking part went berserk
too.

Oh well, I'm stuck with a braille watch.

not water resistant (I don't think there are any water resistant talking
timepieces on the market because there is no way to prevent water from
penetrating the speaker), but at $14.95 with free shipping, it is a good
deal.
