I'm not familiar with the Tissot Vibren watch, and I wasn't able to find
it via Google, but in the Tissot T-Touch series, the Silen-T is the
accessible vibrating watch that a blind person could use. The other
watches in the series vibrate, but not in a way that you could tell the
time.
The Tissot Silen-T is available again, but the $349 price from Amazon
was a promotional price that ended at the end of March. It looks like
the current price is around $469.
