You can do that, but it won't be as satisfying as it is for those 
without sensory limits.  That's the reason why Section 508 excludes 
simulators from accessibility requirements because right now the bar is 
just too high for even contractors employed by the Federal Government 
with all of their combined resources to even come near the experience 
people without sensory limitations get and are intended to have playing 
those games.  Also as a result of the exclusion, none of the Asian or 
American manufacturers of hardware or software have been or are putting 
any special efforts towards opening up accessibility for those of us 
with sensory limitations.  Unless there was some work with those systems 
I don't know about.
