I know this doesn't answer your question, but ACCORDING TO

there's an over the air upgrade to Ice Cream Sandwich available for the
Motorola Droid 4. BTW, do you care what carrier the phone your looking
for is on? Not all carriers carry all phones, and not every CDMA phone
can be moved over to a GSM network and vise versa.
