It's not a plug in, and I don't know if the service is still available,
but there used to be A CAPTCHA solving service at www.solona.net that
would work with IE. Just Googling for CAPTCHA solving plug ins for IE
also yielded a few results, but I don't know if any of these plugins are
accessible or not or how well they work..
This doesn't seem to be on topic for this list, at least to me, so you
might try other lists where it's more obviously on topic. You might get
some more information.
