Good Morning Everyone. Has anyone used color identifiers, specifically for clothing? If you would, please contact me and let me know if this is a good way to spend your money or if one of the more traditional  clothing identifiers is more affective?  I am asking for a friend who does not have internet access.  She does not want to spend money on an expensive identifier if they are not really reliable.  thank you.
