I figured the access features would be limited.  I didn't know that JAWS
could read DVD menu's with some programs.  I am a ZoomText user, but if JAWS
can do it then perhaps ZoomText could also.

There may be some confusion here.  I believe what you saw was a $99 package,
but it is simply software that runs on your PC.  The description says it
gives you access to common DVD functions.  Because the word "common" is used
and not "all", and the menus on DVD's themselves often require OCR to read,
it seems very unlikely that this software would be able to do that.
However, there is a 30-day demo, so you could try it out and see if it works
or check with IRTI.  Some are able to read DVD menus with JFW 13, so if you
are a JFW user you might check that out.
