[Electronics-talk] I'm looking for a software package that can be used to create cd's as well as dvd's that work with jaws 9?

Hi list members, can someone please tell me where I can find software that I can use not only to create cd's but dvd's as well.  I also have a question on the dvd's as to whether they are dual layer dvd's or whether they support dual layer dvd's?  Thank you for any information that you might have.
