[Electronics-talk] descriptive TV

Okay, so we have to wait until October, 2013 to file complaints with the
FCC. But has anyone examined the complaint procedure itself to ensure that
it is blind friendly? Government web sites such as that for the Social
Security Administration have been notoriously difficult for blind users to
navigate, so unless the advocacy groups ensure that the complaint process is
totally accessible, even to blind consumers who do not have Internet access,
then it really won't make any difference.
