[Electronics-talk] descriptive TV

I would agree with this. With described video, you also have the issues
surrounding artistic content. For example, are the narrators performers?
I'm not saying these issues shouldn't be worked out, I'm just saying
this makes this a more complicated issue than closed captioning.
