[Electronics-talk] Iphone 4S Reader

I will not be able to listen in on the conference this Wednesday evening.  Can someone please explain, in an e-mail, the reader for Web pages.  When a article is loaded on Safari, a message will say reader available.  Does anyone know how to use it with voice over and what are the advantages?  How do I use it when the message is reader available.
