I also use my Keureg several times a day. As I am a lover of coffee. I
currently have the Keurig B-60 model. One of the things which I have done to
combat the priceyness of the K-Cups is I have purchased a My-K-Cup which
allows you to use regular coffee in your Keurig. If you purchase one of
these however. Be aware that you will need to do a little surgery on your
machine so that it works without spitting coffee & grounds everywhere. If
anyone is interested down the line I can & will explain what I've done to
make mine work like a champ. If I had it to do over again I'd purchase the
solofill which is another brand of self coffee use cup which is an after
market item which Keurig doesn't indorse but does work with their units.

I love my 1 cup maker. I use it almost every day. The cups are a little
pricy, but the buttons are easy to memorize and there really is not need for
assistance. I have never set the clock on any coffee maker I've owned.

I will show you the first time, and help you if you mess up the second time.
But the third time you are on your own, because that is the way the world
is.

The Keurig works very nicely although I think that the individual cups are
kind of expensive. The clock isn't usavle by a blind person but you don't
have to use it for making coffee. Some of the Keurigs come with a dispencer
for using your own coffee. That can save you a lot of money. The dispencer
just holds enough coffee for making one cup.

Hi all,

I haven't posted for ages but I am thinking of getting one of the single-cup
K-cup coffee makers. Could someone recommend a brand and model that would
work well for a blind person. I am looking for one that doesn't have lots of
mode switches and one that can be easily operated if you can't see the
display. Any suggestions would be of help. Thanks and hope all is well with
all of you.
