[Electronics-talk] question about Sirius XM Internet Radio

You know why it will help us here? It's because sirius xm radio pays
the Federal Government to use that precious satellite spectrum and it
pays the Federal Government under the terms of a Federal Contract to
which sirius xm radio and at least one other authorized Federal party
are both signatories. That puts sirius xm radio in a direct position of
both having a contract with the Federal Government and also doing
business with the Federal Government and that gets them covered by
Section 508. I figured I'd best get explicit about this since in time
we will encounter other corporates who have similar relationships with
the Federal Government and unless these are expressly excused from
Section 508, they're covered by Section 508 just like all colleges and
Universities and trade schools are that get Federal money even by Pell
Grants. The Federal Government is paying them and expects them to
provide not only a good education but an accessible education.
