Does anyone know of an electronic talking money counter that handles dollar bills?

December is Safer Toys and gift Month.  The South Carolina Commission for the Blind offer these tips when selecting toys for young kids: select toys appropriate for child's age, select toys that don't have sharp, projectile or protruding parts and check to make sure toys meet national safety requirements.
