Okay, send email to macvoiceover-request at freelists.org and put subscribe 
on the subject line or in the body of the message to get signed up.  Also, 
you'll get connected to lots of podcasts and other resources you need.  
I'll throw another resource at you before I go though.  To learn how to 
configure your mac for optimal voiceover operation, 
http://www.icanworkthisthing.com/ is your friend.  More than just stuff 
for the mac is on that site though too.  Apple wants to know which store 
you refer to with the clueless personnel that know nothing about VoiceOver 
too.  I think it is safe to say, they will be getting remedial VoiceOver 
training rather quickly.
