[Electronics-talk] ReTVs without a screen

This is probably from Richard Oehm.  He is a blind guy who has done 
some good work in the past.  In the 80's he made and sold some 
adapted radios that were tunable and able to pick up FM SCA signals 
-- where radio reading services broadcast.
