Well, I did try it Saturday morning. The setting I used was for it to come on with the radio playing. The default volume is what was used. However, I had it set louder the night before. I will in fact try it in a little while and get back to you as promptly as possible.

Sincerely,
The Constantly Barefooted Ray!!!

I'm curious to know how loud the alarm buzzer is because I am a sound sleeper and am hearing impaired as well, so I need a clock radio with a loud alarm. The alarm buzzer on my RCA RC50 voice recognition clock radio isn't very loud, so I went back to using my old ILA talking clock radio, which has a fairly loud, attention-grabbing crowing rooster alarm. Beeping or buzzing alarms just don't work well for me.
