Hi, Comcast is not as accessible as some I have hgeard of. We can noe delete 
and set up programs on the dvr using the web interface, but you need to know 
the name of the program you want. For obvious reasons the grid that the 
schedule is on is not accessible. The bill payment is fine and the remote is 
basically as it always has been. The Iphone app is ever improving, but not 
exactly there yet.

for finantial reasons, I am considering a move back to comcast, but, had 
questions.

1.  How accessible is the service overall?

2.  Is it now possible for a blind person to program the DVR via the web 
interfase as it now is with AT&T U-Verse?

3.  What about Xfinity?  Are there any details of which I need to be aware?

4.  As for bill payment, IS this still accessible as it once was?
