I contacted Nokia Customer service and learned a few things about Nokia
Screen-Reader.  It seems like it works in much the same way as Mobile
Accessability, which isn't bad for a free app.  It now works on 4 devices.
Only one is supported in the US though.  So while the options are limited
and not everyone is likely to benefit from this it could still be cheaper
