[Electronics-talk] booksense problem

Hi all,
  I have a BookSense Standard that I just recently purchased.  
However, I am having a strange problem with it.  While reading a 
DAISY book, it will, at random, skip back a little to a previous 
paragraph or even page.  It does this several times while 
reading.  However, when I place the same book on my BrailleNote 
Apex, the Apex will read the book fine.  Does anyone have any 
suggestions?
