Hi Debbie,
I don't have the iPhone 4s either, and here are the ones I have found to 
work for me. I would say they are pretty good. They are, Voice assist, 
Active Voice, and Voice dictation. You can find them in the app store. If 
you have any more questions, feel free to ask. Hope this helps.
