[Electronics-talk] Talking clock for the computer

Some folks prefer a talking clock that chimes or announces the time at
regular intervals such as hourly, half-hourly or quarter-hourly. The free
accessible Talking Desktop Clock program does just that and offers a choice
of speaking voices and chime sounmds. However, it does not have an alarm.
