[Electronics-talk] Wireless headsets and speech

I am trying to find a wireless headset with microphone that will play
ZoomText speech.  Everything I try can play music from Windows Media player
and will play Windows sounds, but the speech only comes through my speakers.
I want to be able to use my computer without having to sit here all the time
and with a headset I can effectively be untethered.  Also has anyone used
Dragon Naturally Speaking with their Screen-Reader?  How well did it work
for you?  Thanks in advance for any help you can give. - Philip
